"I did the OAC training because I am absolutely convinced that exercise in nature is the very best prevention against illness and of course also helps with healing.
I myself always train with the online offer OACatHome and like to take the exercises to school. I work with mentally disabled young people. Many of them are overweight, have motor impairments, one girl, for example, had a brain tumor as a baby, and one boy had severe epilepsy.
The exercise programs in nature have an enormous impact! But in times of distance learning, I also recommended the OAC site to the parents to exercise!
